Private Tours for cruise passengers
If you are travelling in a cruise ship and you are going to spend in Alicante only a few hours our advice would be to book a private tour around the Old Town and The Castle.
During this 3 hours tour we would visit the main jewel of Alicante: Santa Barbara Castle and the main monuments in the old town such as the Explanada, the port, the Basilica of Santa Maria, San Nicholas Pro-Cathedral, the City Hall, among other.
The group can choose if they want to take the lift or walk up to the Castle. Walking up will delay the tour to 3,5 hours.
The best way to get to know the most iconic monuments in Alicante, its history and culture within a few hours.
Private Tours for company outgoings
If you want to plan a company outgoing we recommend you our Gastronomic Tour or just a Wine Tasting.
In order to understand our gastronomy (very different to other Spanish regions), we will introduce the group to our history and culture while tasting our best Designation of Origin products. (More than 10 products and 3 wines would be tasted)
During this 3 hours tour the group would visit a few traditional alicantenean shops and the Central Market.
This is the best gourmet experience to know firsthand the gastronomy and culture of Alicante!
Private Tours for school groups
If you want to arrange a private guided tour for a school group we would recommend the Old Town and Santa Cruz neighborhood.
During this 2,5 hours tour we cover the main monuments in the Old town (Explanada, City Hall, the port, Basilica of Santa Maria, Saint Nicholas ProCathedral among others), but also the neighborhood of Santa Cruz. Santa Cruz is known for its white houses with blue flowerpots and its stunning viewpoints (very “Instagram-able”).
For school groups we try to make the tours lighter on history and we talk about legends and curious stories. A fun way to discover Alicante´s history and culture!
Private Tours for retirees
Don´t get us wrong! We do know that, nowadays, there are many retirees in a very good shape. If that your case, you are in the wrong section!
However, if you are travelling with eldery or people with reduced movility we recommend the Old Town tour.
During this 2-2,5 hours tour we will cover the main monuments in the Old Town: La Explanada, The Port, Basilica of Santa María, Saint Nicholas ProCathedral, La Rambla and The Central Market (food market), among others.

Private Tours for day trips
If you are thinking about doing a day trip in Alicante, there are plenty of options!
Our best sellers are:
– Guadalest and Altea (see pictures above). This 5hours tour will bring you to two of the most beautiful towns not only in Alicante, but in Spain. A private bus will be needed for this, we can arrange it or use yours.
– Tabarca Island: The smallest habitated island in the Mediterranean, nature reserve and perfect for snorkeling. This 5 hours tour includes the ship and an optional lunch and snorkel material. (Only recommended during the summer)
There are many other towns in Alicante region that we recommend, if you want to visit any other, just ask.
Private Tours for families
This is not a guided visit itself, but an outdoor game for 4-7 people unlike the other tours.
Sometimes childen are not very keen to listen to a guide for 2 hours, but they are willing to play a game for this long!
During a two hours game called The Lucentum Code, (Lucentum was the Roman name for Alicante) you will have to follow the clues around the city to decripher the Lucentum Code.
Tiberius, the Roman emperor, is not capable of fathering a son who can inherit his empire. Therefore he has left a Code in the streets of Alicante, whoever manages to decipher it, will become the new emperor of Lucentum.
A different and fun way of discovering the city!
