Our Tapas Cooking Workshop is a relaxed, hands-on experience where food and culture come together. Guided by a local chef and host, you’ll prepare a full tapas dinner using fresh, top-quality ingredients sourced that same morning from the Central Market of Alicante.

Your tapas menu includes:

• Tortilla de Patatas – Classic Spanish omelette made with potatoes, eggs, and olive oil.

• Gazpacho – A refreshing cold tomato soup with vegetable, garlic, and olive oil. A summer classic.

• Secreto Toast with Turrón Sauce: Tender, flavorful secreto (pork) served on a crispy toast, topped with a creamy turrón sauce.

• Delicias de Elche – Sweet dates wrapped in crispy bacon — the perfect sweet-savory tapa.

• Chorizo a la Sidra – Spicy Spanish sausage simmered in natural cider.

• Pan con Tomate & Allioli – Rustic bread with fresh tomato and homemade garlic allioli.

• Torrija with Turrón Ice Cream – Caramelized brioche paired with local nougat ice cream.

The class takes place in a real, fully operating kitchen — not a touristy set, but the same space where locals come to eat every day. You’ll cook, learn, and then sit down with your fellow participants to enjoy a homemade dinner and a glass of sangría.
